While Hospice of Lancaster County supports the first free-standing Hospice Center in the state of Pennsylvania, 96% of our care is provided in the patient’s home. Our team of nurses, physicians, social workers, counselors, chaplains and volunteers care for more than 500 patients and their families every day. Employees are trained on and equipped with laptop computers, making the most recent patient information centralized and easily accessible.
